Improvement of the strength of non-woven fabric using sequential resins [Shinshu University Textile]
It suggests the possibility of improving the degradation of core PET fibers, which has been a problem with conventional technology!
We would like to introduce a new technology for improving the strength of non-woven fabrics using thermoplastic resins. This technology has shown the potential to address the issues of deterioration in core PET fibers that were present in conventional techniques. It has become possible, through this technology, to create fusion points at lower temperatures than the degradation of PET, suggesting the potential for further strengthening and dimensional stability of needle-punched non-woven fabrics. [Contribution to Companies, PR Points] ■ Can contribute more to companies through application development ■ Scientific validation can be achieved by conducting necessary additional experiments for implementation ■ Technical guidance for full-scale implementation, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
